October and fall are finally here!! That means my cravings for pumpkin EVERYTHING are kicking in. In order to kick my cravings to the curb, I came up with a simple pumpkin pie “pudding” recipe using clean ingredients!
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt (Trader Joes)
2 packets stevia/truvia
cinnamon (sprinkle however much you want in there!)
1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree – make sure you’re not buying pumpkin pie mix!!!
1/2 tsp agave nectar (or raw honey)
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Optional: 1 serving light whipped cream
1. Blend all the ingredients into a bowl except the whipped cream. Top the mixture with whipped cream.
Yeah, it’s that easy :)
